Yes, we design your new EXO louvre roof system to suit your home and lifestyle. Our in-house design team prepare design drawings for you to sign off and we also look after PS1’s and engineering calculations if required.
Yes, EXO louvre roof systems can be attached to your house, using our custom designed building connection brackets.
Each region in New Zealand has different building consent regulations. Most regions allow an opening roof up to 30m2 to be installed without a building consent.
We offer powdercoated or woodgrain finishes, you have the freedom to mix and match your colours to suit your home and style, or make a design statement, the choice is yours.
The EXO louvre roof system is fully automated and can be opened and closed at the touch of a button using either the remote control or wall switch. Rain sensors can be added which will automatically close your louvre roof when rain is detected.
Yes, you can add a range of optional extras such as rain sensors, LED lighting, Ziptrack blinds, heaters and audio to suit your lifestyle.
EXO louvre roof systems are designed for external applications and use. While they retain a high level of watertightness, they are not designed to meet building enclosure regulations.
EXO louvre roof systems are manufactured in our Auckland factory out of highly durable aluminium. The EXO louvre roof system is a high quality, New Zealand made system engineered to New Zealand conditions.
EXO louvre roof systems are designed to be low maintenance. The maintenance will vary depending on the finish, but we recommend cleaning your roof every 3 months to remove dust, leaves and salt etc.
Yes you can visit our showroom at 15 Paramount Drive, Henderson, Auckland, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am to 3pm. Please call to arrange an appointment.
Both are part of our EXO Louvre Systems. A Louvre Roof is often integrated into an existing structure, while a Louvre Pergola NZ is a freestanding addition, custom-designed to suit your space.
Our Louvre sun shade systems are designed in New Zealand for New Zealand. They provide shelter when closed, shade when angled, and open skies when you want full sun.
